None of the following terms affects your legal rights as a consumer
Demar Furnishings Srl will do our best to provide a good service to our customers and always appreciate your feedback and comments about the quality of our service and products. We hope the terms below are easily comprehensible and user friendly. If there are any points you do not understand, please do not hesitate to ask us.

We will:

a) Collect and return keys in advance, from your agent or nominated key holder.
b) Measure your property as part of our service package.
c) Install and assemble all furniture as part of the package price.

d) Will take away all packaging left over from the furniture installed.


Terms:

1. Standard order time is 45 days (approx). However, in some cases we can install at short notice. For more information please contact us.
2. 50% deposit is required to activate your order, balance is due 25 days before completion.
3. New developments 'snagging' must be done before furniture will be installed.  If you require one of our representatives to prepare your snagging report for you, please contact us.
4. All goods remain the property of Demar furnishings Srl until the balance is paid in full.
5. Delivery and installation is included within a 25 km radius of Unrii Square (centre Bucharest), Bucharest, Romania.
6. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, as similar quality alternative will be provided.
7. If Demar Furnishings Srl is guilty for not keeping the term for delivery or installation of the ordered goods, the client has the right to seek compensation to the amount of 0.05% for each day overdue, but no more than 5% of the value of the total delivery
8. The client has the right to cancel the order without any penalties, if and only we are informed in writing within a 48 hour term of the order been placed. Then it acquires status “Cancelled”. If a “Confirmed” status order is cancelled, we will refund you 50% of its value and deduct the transport costs.
