Delivery

Although delivery times may vary, we expect to dispatch deliveries within 45 days subject to availability. You will be kept informed throughout the process and we will inform you when your furniture will be delivered and installed and send images of your purchases in-situ if requested.

We will need permission from the developer or your agent to enter the property to install the furniture if the property has not being handed over to you as regards title deeds, if this is already completed we only require your permission and keys for access to the property.

We will need your home address or email so we can issue you with contracts and invoices and also your date of birth which is used for security.
