When you buy a property, you expect to receive it in mint condition. In reality, many properties simply aren’t completed to the high standards, the purchaser, rightly expect and deserve. A Snag List is a fully comprehensive list of items that a developer/builder has not completed on your new build property that you purchased off plan. We physically visit the property, check all areas carefully and make a list of all the things that have not been completed correctly by the developer, according to the plans and the development specifications.
What we do We also take pictures of all the problems in question and finally prepare a detailed report and snagging list. One of the copies (in English) we send to the owner (our report and photos are sent by e-mail to you) and the other copy is in Romanian language and we hand it to the developer or project manager who is responsible for getting the defects and problems fixed. We allow 15-30 days for all issues and problems to be corrected (fixed) after which we re-inspect the property to see it has been corrected by the developer. Once all improvements are made, we will accept the property and report to you that defects have been corrected. This will certainly take the hassle away from your Romanian property ownership and safe you time avoiding any unpleasant surprises.
